Payments accepted via all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, ShopPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, direct debit, or over the phone using eftpos.
DELIVERIES
Most items are made to order, and will take up to 5 days to complete.
Once ready, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Please allow up to 14 days for custom-made items, including custom sizes.
You will be advised within 48 hours how long your custom order will take.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Items will be sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.

Shipment for orders over $300 FREE.
Orders under $300 are $12 for Standard, $16 for Express.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items will be posted via Australia Post International Standard Mail. Standard Post is $27. Tracking available.

Please note- International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; I do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please keep in mind that postal and customs delays can significantly alter estimated delivery times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns/refunds are generally not accepted due to a change of mind.

I do understand shopping online can be difficult, especially when gift shopping, an exchange may be possible if requested... see below.
If there is a problem with your purchased product please contact me with details to begin the refund/exchange process.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for a change of mind.
A store credit/gift voucher will be issued.

Exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in the original and unworn condition. Condition of items will be inspected upon return for eligibility of exchange.

Exchange for size
This may not be available for custom or one-off designs.
If an exchange or resize is possible additional fees may apply.
Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks to have a new size made.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

The following rules apply for successful refunds/exchanges...
Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your package.
The item must be in its original condition. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if the item is damaged or worn.
Condition of items will be inspected upon return for eligibility of exchange or refund.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.
I recommend that you send the items back to me using a method of postage that can be tracked and insured. I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels.
All items are your responsibility until they reach my return address.

The refund will be processed within 5 days of the returned merchandise being received by me. Please note that it may then take 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.
Refunds are not guaranteed until the product is assessed for fault.
REPAIRS & RESTORATIONS
Repairs to damaged items are assessed by case and may incur a fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for repairs, unless a product fault or failure has occurred.

For all Emily Eliza Arlotte jewellery items, I provide a free cleaning, polishing and refinishing service.
Although usual wear and tear is o be expected, I love to help you keep your jewels clean and sparkly!
Please contact me for specific care and cleaning instructions for your jewellery piece.
Your consumer rights...
My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
I aim to resolve issues quickly and with care and understanding. If you are unhappy with your purchase or any service received please reach out.
