All prices shown are in Australian Dollars.
International customers please note, the final price will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card or payment service company.
Payments accepted via Paypal, direct debit, or over the phone using eftpos.
 
Deliveries...
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Please allow up to 14 days for custom-made items, including custom sizes.
You will be advised within 48 hours how long your custom order will take.
Please feel free to ask before purchase about expected delivery times.
 
Shipping within Australia...
Items will be sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.
Shipment for orders over $300 FREE.
Orders under $300 are $10 for Standard, $14 for Express.
Please check the Australia Post website for expected delivery times to your area.

International shipping...
Items will be posted via Australia Post International Standard Mail.
Standard post is $25. Tracking available.
Please check the Australia Post website, or at checkout, for prices and expected delivery times to your area.
Shipment for orders over $500 FREE.
For Express post, please contact me for options prior to purchase. You will be notified by email with your invoice and expected delivery time.
Please note- International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please keep in mind that postal and customs delays can significantly alter estimated delivery times.

Returns...
I wish to resolve any issues quickly, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Returns/refunds are generally not accepted due to change of mind.
If there is a problem with your purchased product please contact me with details to begin the refund/exchange process.

The following rules apply to accepted refunds/exchanges...
Goods must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your package.
The merchandise must be in its original condition. 
Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.  I advise that you send the merchandise back to me using a method of postage which can be tracked.  I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels.  All goods are your responsibility until they reach my return address.

The refund will be processed within 5 days of the returned merchandise being received by me.  Please note that it may then take 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.
Refunds are not guaranteed until the product is assessed for fault.

Exchange for size...

This may not be available for custom or one-off designs, if possible to do additional fees will apply.
For other rings or bangles you may exchange for a different size 5 business days of receiving your package.
Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks to have a new size made.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Repairs...
Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee.
Please contact me to begin a repair.
 
Your consumer rights...
My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
