Items will be sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.

AUSTRALIA - Orders under $500 are $12 for Standard, $16 for Express.

NEW ZEALAND - Orders under $500 are $18 for Standard, $36 for Express.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES

Most items are made to order, and will take up to 7 days to complete.

Once ready, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Please allow up to 14 days for custom-made items, including custom sizes.

You will be advised within 48 hours how long your custom order will take.

Please feel free to ask before purchase about expected delivery times - if you have an important deadline to meet, please communicate this as I may be able to accommodate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns/refunds are generally not accepted due to a change of mind.

I do understand shopping online can be difficult, especially when gift shopping, an exchange may be possible if requested... see below.


If there is a problem with your purchased product please contact me with details to begin the refund/exchange process.

REFUND POLICY
  1. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your package.
  2. The item must be in its original condition. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if the item is damaged or worn.
  3. Condition of items will be inspected upon return for eligibility of exchange or refund.
  4. Return/exchanges are free, but customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
  5. All items are your responsibility until they reach my return address. I recommend that you send the items back to me using a method of postage that can be tracked and insured. I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels.
  6. The refund will be processed within 5 days of the returned merchandise being received by me. Please note that it may then take 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account.
    Refunds are not guaranteed until the product is assessed for fault.

Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for a change of mind, except for customised and bespoke items.

A store credit/gift voucher will be issued.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Repairs to damaged items are assessed by case and may incur a fee.

Customers are responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for repairs, unless a product fault or failure has occurred.

For all Emily Eliza Arlotte jewellery items, I provide a free cleaning, polishing and refinishing service.

Although usual wear and tear is to be expected, I love to help you keep your jewels clean and sparkly!

Please contact me for specific care and cleaning instructions for your jewellery piece.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
